UDC and Stenographer Posts
Age Limitations:-
- Candidates who are willing to apply on these posts Should be Between 18 to 27 years Old to be eligible.
Age Relaxation:-
- Upper age limit is relaxable for persons belonging to reserved categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen and for ESIC Employees, Government Servants. Candidate Should Check the Detailed Advertisement to Know Details About Age Relaxation.
Detail of Basic Pay Scale :
Revised pay as per 7th Central Pay Commission for the post is Level-4 of Pay Matrix (Civilian employees) with Entry Pay Rs. 25500/-, replaced against Pay Band Rs. 5200-20200/l – with Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- of 6thCentralPay Commission.
Education Qualification Requirements:
STENOGRAPHER:
The candidates who are willing to apply on Upper Division Clerks should have the following Educational Qualifications to be eligible to apply.
- Higher Secondary Pass (pass in 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognized board).
- A Speed of 80 words per minute in stenography in English/Hindi.
- Working knowledge of Computer including use of Office Suites and databases.
UDC:
The candidates who are willing to apply on Upper Division Clerks should have the following Educational Qualifications to be eligible to apply.
- A degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of computer including use of Office Suites and databases.

Candidates have to follow the following application fee structure for the posts of Upper Division Clerks and Stenographers.

Interested candidates have to pay ONLINE Fee Payment through Internet Banking / Debit/Credit Card etc. (as provided in the Online Application) will only be accepted.
Note: Candidates should also note that, On completion of Application Form, after minimum 24 to 36 hours candidate needs Login and Click on “Make Payment” link and deposit the requisite examination fee through On-line mode only.
