Important Qualification Details:-
Candidates who are willing to apply on the post of Clerk should fulfill the following educational requirements also.
- Candidates must have Graduation Degree with at least 60% marks.
- one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications
Or
- A Computer Information Technology course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of Government of India
Or
- A regular degree of B.Tech. Computer Science or M.C.A./B.C.A. or any other equivalent degree

- Candidates must have Graduation Degree with at least 60% marks.

- Candidates have to Qualifies a test in English Stenography to be held by the appointing authority at speed of 80 w.p.m. and speed of 20 words per minute in transcription thereof (with permissible mistakes of 8%), to be conducted by the State Commission; and (d) Qualifies a test in Punjabi typewriting to be held at the speed of 30 words per minute
